ASTON Bogor Hotel and Resort

The breakfast offered satisfies everyone's palate. The jogging track will keep you in good health in your holiday. We observed the families had fun with the swimming pools and kid's area. We love the coffee and cake at Illy's. We also enjoyed playing the 'table top football' and feeding the koi fishes. The gazeebo and the river viewing deck are best for pictures. The best of all, the hotel is well decorated with colorful butterfly orchids and also some decorations for the holiday.

I like the mirrors: at the kitchen sink, in the bedroom and in the toilet. The linen: pillow case, duvet, comforter, towel smell fresh and good. No stinky smell from kispray and detergent. The only setback is, too crowded at breakfast buffet. Maybe more tables and space must be added.

Breakfast was good as usual. Room quite clean, beddings n towels quite clean. Staff always nice and provide good services.

Amazing staff - always very friendly and helpful. Great pool and spa facilities - my partner and I each got a couple of spa treatments that were probably the best we have ever had and were incredibly affordable. Very good food at the restaurant. And the location was just perfect for us as we were attending a friend's wedding there in one of the days of our stay.

I like the fast response of the staff, where we ask for an upgraded room.. We had an amazing room with an amazing views just what we are hoped for.. because we are also choose Aston Bogor to celebrate my husband birthday. The food (breakfast) is wonderful, there's so many variety of dishes and i couldn't try them all.. The facility, especially for swimming pools are well managed.. because it has pool for adults and kids differently and the guards are making sure the safety of each customers. Plus, thanks so much for the mini bday cake.. only slight sugggestion: FO inform the cust that it will be delivered after check in, not before so it lowered the expectation while entering the room. Overall, we felt so specials because of the upgraded rooms.. its very spacious and homey.. thanks for all of the hospitality! Definitely would recommend my big family to stay here next time..
